Upon registering for the MYDiet" program, you will be contacted by a member of our client care team to schedule your first private consultation.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

Your initial consultation with your private Dolce Dietitian will focus on your complete health history, current lifestyle, future fitness goals, and an analysis of any additional data you wish to share.

Your private Dolce Dietitian will then build you the most ideal 4-week meal plan, complete with ingredient lists and recipes, you have discussed and are comfortable with.

Your private Dolce Dietitian will always be accessible to answer any questions and make any adjustments to your personalized menu, especially early on as we focus on personalizing your plan to best suit your unique needs.

Every week your private Dolce Dietitian will communicate with you via email, text message, phone call or video conference to offer additional support and guidance along your way.

Based upon your feedback and progress, your private Coach will then create your next 4-week meal plan to further improve your now stellar fitness results and continue building on the new healthy habits you have created.
